Q: Do you design gearboxes?
A: We design solutions. The gearbox designs provide the ultimate enhancement to fulfill the customer's application.
We use the latest industry-standard, state-of-the-art tools:
- UTS gear design software
- TK solver
- Pro-E solid modeling CAD system
Q: Will you manufacture gearboxes from our design?
A: Yes, we are happy to provide this service and do so for a number of OEMs. We will produce these to the same high quality standards that you would expect had they been made in your facility.
Q: How are gearboxes prepared for shipment?
A: We have a dynamic test stand. Units are run at normal operating speeds. This allows us to check for noise, leaks, heat levels, etc.
