Rj Link International continues to play an important role in the manufacturing success in the Rock River Valley Area.  Rj Link has worked with the Rock River Valley Tooling & Machining Association offering job shadowing opportunities to students.  The RRVTMA apprenticeship program provides a broad exposure to manufacturing related courses at Rock Valley College, along with recommended on-the-job training programs relevant to a sponsoring company’s needs.   The manufacturing community understands the need for the work force to possess a good understanding of manufacturing principles such as print reading, metrology, materials, cutting tools, CNC, CAM and CAD.
